Our workshops are grounded in the latest neuroscience and conscious parenting research, drawing from decades of practical experience. We think of Adolescence as a turbulent time of inevitable crisis, irresponsibility and risky behaviour. This old paradigm does not correspond to reality and seriously harms adolescents, families, and society. We focus on a new paradigm where Adolescence is seen as a stage where parents and teachers are vital to share with them how to be responsible and courageous, build on their strengths, and help them thrive.
