Method

The 3S’s

We believe in the power of young people forming themselves in agency, resilience and character through Self-discovery, Study and Service. Our 3S’s methodology. And we support them across the entire ecosystem: from family to school to technology to community

Self-discovery

  • Self-discovery is understanding who you are, how you think, how you feel, and why you act the way you do. Young people work with university students just a few years older, collaborating with leading experts in neuroscience, mental health and technology to produce documentaries, podcasts and digital content. The WeSee Media Lab is central to this. Through reflection, inquiry and co-creation they deepen their self-knowledge, build confidence and grow into responsible, fulfilled, happy adults.

Study

  • Study is the arena where character is forged. Work is the place where you find yourself, find others, and find something bigger than yourself. For young people, that work is study. Every young person deserves the chance to discover who they are through the dignity of their work. Yet concentration, time management, resilience and independent learning are skills typically only cultivated in privileged environments. WeSee changes that. The Study Centre is how.

Service

  • Service is understanding who you are by contributing to something larger than yourself. In a screen-based world that drags attention inward, WeSee directs it outward to the isolated elderly, the sick, the poor, the disabled. Through collaborations with local charities, young people serve in three ways:
    • Alleviating isolation: accompanying the elderly who are alone, reading to them, listening, engaging in conversation.
    • Study mentorship: supervising study sessions and teaching time management, concentration and good intellectual habits to younger students.
    • Seeing the unseen: serving the marginalised through foodbank support, English conversation practice for refugees and migrants, and hospital and hospice visiting.

Not in isolation

Parent Formation

We form parents and carers to consciously accompany their teenagers, moving from reaction to response, from control to guidance, from panic to presence. Grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology and positive discipline.

We deliver science-based workshops in schools, helping parents, teachers and students navigate adolescence, understand personality and use technology responsibly.

Systemic Influence

We influence policy, bringing together world-leading experts, policymakers and educators to shape the conversation on youth mental health, technology and education.
