Meet the team

We are a team of dedicated professionals —psychologists, psychiatrists, neuroscientists, teachers, mentors, counsellors, parents, media and technology experts— passionate about strengthening families, schools, and communities. Our mission is to share how to cultivate a positive mindset toward all of life’s experiences, both good and challenging, and to view each moment as an opportunity for growth.

“Adolescence is a critical stage when young people need our support and guidance. It’s essential for parents to stand by their side as they navigate this transformative period”

Founder & Director

Arantxa Martínez

After earning a bachelor's degree in Humanistic Studies, a master's degree in Communication, a Certificate in Positive Discipline Parent Educator, and a graduate certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, her passion for education and her five children led her to create WeSee Education.

She believes in introducing a new and optimistic paradigm of adolescence and parenting based on understanding others’ needs. Parents and teachers must change their expectations about adolescence by encouraging a mentality of growth and confidence in young people’s abilities. She focuses on how to communicate with our young people, using empathy as the key to opening the doors to understanding.
